📌 Intellectual Property Rights and Use 📌

  • You could credit me for the model.

  • Free commercial use for VTuber activities, live distribution, game distribution, video production, etc. Within the scope of personal use. You are free to monetize videos and distribution (advertising revenue, super chat, membership).

  • You can freely decide the settings other than the basic settings (name, detailed settings, personality, etc.).

  • Commercial use for Interests of The Company required to purchase a Copyright License.

  • I maintain the right to use the work in my portfolio. (NDA will be add privacy fee)

  • DO NOT claim the work as your own.

  • Commissions used as NFT or materials for AI is strictly PROHIBITED.

  • Redistributed/Resell the Model without my permission is PROHIBITED.

📍 Terms of Services 📍

  • Due to limited features in VRoidStudio, my VRoid Models cannot be 100% similar to the original reference of your character, please understand it.

  • Prices can change depending on the difficulty of the character.

  • For use in the interests of the company, you are required to purchase a copyright license.

  • About the .pmx export: I only export it into .pmx format, if there is some error in the PMX model I can't fix it.

  • About the VRChat export: make sure your VRChat account status is "Allowed to publish avatars". You can check it too by your VRChat account rank status. I suggest you have a New User rank on your VRChat account.

  • Free minor revision up to 5 times.

  • Major revisions may incur additional charges.

  • Progress Time 30 days, depending on the queue. I also have fulltime work in real life, so thank you for your understanding.

  • Progress Time for VRChat exporting 7 days, will start after the Model was done.

  • Once the payment was made, I do not accept the refund.
